*He just saw the post, Theresa. And then he heard the knock, and probably would have paled, if it were possible.

... Of course, it's when the door started freezing over, that he realized that he was screwed. He immediately rushes to the door, nearly tripping over his own two feet with a yelp, and then tries to get it open.

Depending on how frozen it is, it might be stuck. Or he might have just flung open the door and made things worse for himself. Which do you choose?*

He looks to the left, to the right, up in case of something being capable of flight, and then down... At the bag. Gives a confused look at it, before picking it up, and bringing it in.
